Subcontractor Pre Qualification Program
Thank you for your interest in working with Goff Companies. Goff Companies has partnered with ProQual for the collection/verification of information and supporting documentation. ProQual will not be making decisions on behalf of Goff Companies. This information is used by Goff Companies for prequalification purposes. All information is kept confidential and is only reviewed by the prequalification team – No estimators with Goff Companies will have access to this information.
To start the registration process, please click on “Register” below. Once your initial information is submitted, you may receive an email requesting you to compete our pre-qualification process. The email will be sent to you from the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org
The documents that will be requested as part of the prequalification process include:
•Consolidated Financial Statements
•Bank Credit Reference Letter
•Certificate of Insurance & Endorsements reflecting Goff Companies requirements (Insurance Requirements by Goff Companies to be provided once registered)
•OSHA 300A Log – last 3 years
•EMR Letter from your Worker’s Comp. Insurance Provider – last 3 years
•Minority / Disadvantage Certifications – if applicable
•Surety “Good Guy” Letter
•Work in Progress “WIP” Schedule
•Trade Licenses – if applicable
There is an annual registration fee of $110 which can be included in your bids and part of an awarded contract once per year. Once you have been prequalified, you will be asked to go through this process annually. The ProQual team is available to assist you and answer questions regarding this process. In addition, Goff Companies’ program administrator is available to provide further assistance. The contact information will be provided in the registration email.
